During this period of uncertainty, we wanted to let you know that here at South West ComputAble, we will continue to operate as normal, with a few key changes.
The health and safety of our families, staff and clients is our number one priority. As the situation evolves, we will continue to rely on the advice of experts from the World Health Organisation, as well as the Australian Federal Government Department of Health, and will continue to take all the necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers, partners and staff, consistent with that advice.
We understand that you are relying on us during this critical period, and are committed to supporting you without disruption.
Our reception and workshop have been equipped with hand sanitisers and gloves to help our staff to be extra vigilant and adopt best practice hygiene measures.
All computing equipment brought to the premises will be sanitised at check-in and then re-sanitised before collection. On-site visits will follow guidelines and the use of personal protective equipment may be necessary. If your house or business has any high-risk factors (cold/flu-like symptoms, contact with anyone who has travelled overseas in the past 14 days, self isolation), please let us know so that we can organise non-contact collection/delivery of service.
Remember, many (not all) service tasks can be done remotely by our technicians, so is worth considering.
We have strong supply lines, but please be patient with us if parts or products are delayed beyond our control.
Please be mindful of social distancing and don’t be offended if you see our staff maintaining distance, this behaviour is for the health and safety of all.
We will continue to be open from 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
We will be doing our very best to support you through the coming months. We very much appreciate your support, as always.
